Meet Tracy Ann
Hello and welcome, I'm Tracy Ann. Thank you for being here.
With over 25 years' experience in healthcare administration across both the NHS and private sector, I provide professional medical administration, transcription and secretarial support to healthcare professionals throughout the UK.
Through TA, I offer reliable, confidential and experienced support, helping you spend less time on administration and more time focusing on patient care.
Although healthcare is my primary area of expertise, I also provide professional administrative support to other businesses and professionals, where my skills and experience are a good fit.
I am committed to maintaining the highest professional standards and continuous professional development. My qualifications, memberships and professional affiliations reflect my commitment to excellence, confidentiality and best practice within healthcare administration and medical transcription.
The Person Behind TA
Whilst healthcare administration is my profession, life outside work is usually spent at a much slower pace.
I've been a proud Husky owner for over 20 years, so it's fair to say that muddy boots, dog hair and long walks in all weathers have become a way of life! When I'm not working with clients, you'll usually find me out walking with my dog, enjoying the countryside and spending time in nature.
I'm a self-confessed creature of habit and am happiest surrounded by the things I love most — family, home comforts and the great outdoors. I have a particular love for the Scottish Highlands, where I enjoy escaping to recharge, take in the scenery and appreciate the simple things in life.
I'm equally happy at home getting stuck into a DIY project, working in the garden, or spending time in the kitchen baking something sweet (I must admit that I make a particularly good Victoria sponge)!
My move into virtual assistance was a natural progression. After spending many years working within both the NHS and private healthcare sectors, I transitioned to remote working around six years ago. Having experienced first-hand how valuable the benefits of experienced remote administrative support can be to busy healthcare professionals, establishing TA felt like the perfect next step.
Whilst I take great pride in providing a professional, reliable and confidential service, I'm also a firm believer that good working relationships are built on trust, communication and genuine human connection. Behind every email, document and transcription is a real person who genuinely enjoys helping others and making life a little easier for busy healthcare professionals.
